APW was established in 2009 as the area’s first soft-wash company serving the tri-state area of Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. We are an environmental friendly company that uses earth friendly detergents to brighten the appearance of your home or business, giving it remarkable curbside appeal.

Using our safe impact low-pressure cleaning technique allows us to wash away years of dirt and grime by killing mold, mildew, and algae, without the use of harmful chemicals. Most jobs can be done from the ground without the use of ladders, lifts, or scaffolding.

Ashland Pressure Washing did a fantastic job on our house and vinyl fencing. We had algae and mildew on our fence and side of house. Jason was prompt and worked efficiently. Our gutters had black streaks and algae spots on them, and tney were all.gone when he was done. I can't recommend them enough. He will definitely be my go to for Pressure Washing. We loved the results.

I usually do my own pressure washing and I'm mostly pleased with the results, but I can never get my gutters, soffits and downspouts white. They still look dirty no matter how much I scrub them. After seeing some before and after photos of some cleaning done by Ashland Pressure Washing I decided to give them a try. I was going to just have the house cleaned but Jason's quote for the house, driveway, patio AND retaining wall with steps was just too good to pass up.
Everything looks so good now, nearly brand new! Even the gutters and soffits are bright white again! Amazing!
Jason did such a great job that I can't recommend him highly enough. His professional equipment and expertise had the whole job completed in a fraction of the time it would take me AND I had no trouble getting out of bed the next morning! Haha!

Ashland pressure washing did an outstanding job on my home today. I have white gutters, soffits and trim which was beginning to look black in certain areas. It now looks brand new. I was asked to walk around the house when the job was completed to see if I was satisfied. I highly recommend them. They are extremely professional and pleasant to work with!!

I seldom write reviews; however, I had to commend Ashland Pressure Washing for a wonderful job. The 1800's slate sidewalks around my house were dangerously slick from moss and mildew buildup. I was concerned that my visiting grandchildren as well as myself and other adults might slip and fall. I requested an estimate through the website and received a response soon after the request. Both Jill and Jason were professional in arranging and completing the job. I will be a return customer and certainly recommend their services to others. My sidewalks have never been cleaner and safer in 30+ years.

Just had Ashland Pressure Washing come and clean our entire outside of house, and also a rental with garage beside ours. Arrived on time and was very professional explaining the procedures they use. They did a fantastic job and was very thoughtful in making sure everything was secured and safe before starting. Will definitely be using them again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Jason and Matt did a great job on our house (brick/vinyl). Siding now looks new!! Also did a super job on the driveways and sidewalks. Jill was so nice on the phone scheduling our appointment and they arrived right on time. I give this company 5 ⭐️‘s.

They showed up on time and did an awesome job. I really thought I was going to have to replace some sections of my metal barn because of the stain on it. But they got it clean! It sparkles. They did just as good a job on my house ( some of it was very old wood and tricky), garage, party shed and concrete. They were friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use them again.

Jill takes care of all calls, inquiries, and scheduling. She’s a graduate of Russell High School, Ohio University, and Florida State University. She’s taught school locally for over 20 years.


Jason is the owner operator and has over 14 years of pressure washing experience. He is a graduate of Russell High School and Ohio University. He also serves as associate pastor at King’s Way Church, and also leads their worship program.
